ACS PITTSBURG 2018

Here to support our clients on the 2018 ACS edition in Pittsburg, 9 cheese wraped with our papers received awards during this competition gathering canadian and american cheese makers. The Harbison from Jasper Hill won the most prestigious prize "best cheese of the show".

Saputo won the 2nd prize for his camembert and Old Europe Cheese the 3rd one.
Wegmans won the 1st prize for the Brie Affiné.

Regarding washed rind cheeses, we got the 3 first prizes with  Saputo (1st), Jasper Hill (2nd) et Quality Cheese (3rd).
