CANDIDATE

Prepare and set up the machine: plate mounting, screening, doctor blade settings, paper tension, temperature, inking, viscosity, pressure, color registration, defect detection.

• Create and modify product parameter sheets after validation of the print run via auto-controls.
• Launch and monitor production in line with quality, quantity and deadline targets.
• Continuous self-monitoring of print quality.
• Ensure routine maintenance of your workstation and equipment.
• Tinting directly on the machine.
• Sort waste according to environmental guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by making suggestions.
• Use technical documents and instructions.
• Apply Brodart quality system procedures.
• Respect health and safety rules and wear PPE.

Profile required:

• Ideally, you have experience in flexographic printing or, failing that, in line management. 
• Rigor, autonomy, sense of organization and quality.
• A taste for teamwork and continuous improvement.
• You are willing to work 3-shift shifts
