CANDIDATE

Reporting to the Confectionery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

Machine settings & operation

• Prepare and launch production orders according to the schedule.
• Perform machine adjustments/calibrations in accordance with quality criteria, deadlines, and quantities.
• Check the availability of the necessary tools, formats, and consumables.
• Assist operators during production start-ups.

Production monitoring & Quality control

• Monitor production compliance using control plans.
• Complete and fill in the various monitoring documents: self-checks, machine settings, traceability, temperatures, manufacturing records, etc.
• Propose improvements to optimize quality, productivity, and costs.

Maintenance & Servicing

• Anticipate wear and tear on parts and report any deviations or malfunctions.
• Perform first-level maintenance: cleaning, servicing, minor repairs.
• Collaborate with the maintenance department for more technical interventions (and fill out intervention requests).

Training & Versatility

• Support new operators/assistant drivers.
• Participate in workshop activities and occasionally perform a variety of tasks.
• Comply with and enforce health and safety rules.

Required profile:

• Experience in industrial machine adjustment, line operation, or mechanics (ideally in the packaging, plastics, agriculture, printing, textile, etc. sectors).
• Maintenance skills appreciated.
• Rigorous, independent, with a keen sense of quality control.
• Team spirit, responsiveness, and a passion for a job well done.
