CANDIDATE

You hold a key position within the organization and serve as a liaison between operations and senior management.

Your responsibilities

Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the performance of production operations.

In this role, your main responsibilities are:

• Organize, plan, and oversee production operations while meeting quality, cost, and deadline objectives,
• Actively contribute to the development and maturation of the production organization
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial processes,
• Manage and lead production teams on a daily basis,
• Maintain a strong on-site presence to support teams and ensure the safety of operations,
• Serve as a liaison between management and the teams.

You are able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives involving multiple departments—such as Quality, Process Engineering, and R&D—in a spirit of cooperation and performance.

Desired profile

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role or proven experience managing production teams in an industrial setting.

You have a deep understanding of field operations and the ability to structure, organize, and lead teams.

Experience in lean manufacturing would be a plus.

Salary:

Range of €50,000–€55,000 over 13 months
