Your mission: to create the packaging of tomorrow

As Head of Research and Development, reporting directly to the Site Director, you will play a central role in the sector's ecological transition. Working closely with the Group's production units, you will help to design and develop the packaging solutions of tomorrow.

Your main responsibilities:

• Managing R&D projects, from idea generation to industrialization.
• Design innovative packaging that combines performance, sustainability, recyclability, and reduced carbon footprint.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to offer responsible, relevant, and forward-looking solutions.
• Collaborate daily with internal teams and the Group's various plants.
• Organize and monitor technical trials, analyze results, and ensure reliable and structured reporting.
• Ensure compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Participate in the development of new market segments beyond the cheese sector.

Required profile:

• Higher education in science or engineering (materials, packaging, process engineering, agri-food, etc.).
• Proven experience in project management and industrialization, ideally in packaging or agri-food.
• Strong CSR awareness: sustainable materials, eco-design, environmental regulations.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to bring people together and work across departments with a variety of stakeholders.
• Rigorousness, organization, analytical and synthesis skills, global vision.
• Listening skills, patience, and teamwork.

Occasional travel to customer sites.
